The K9 Westin
About the Kennel! :-)
Welcome to The K9 Westin. I run a strict kennel, all dogs are entered in at least 30 shows per day and are in tip top condititon. All my dogs are trained in my own training area with a rating of 64. All dogs are kept up on vaccinations and checkups. Well I sorta believe nutering or spaying dogs is for their own good. I will only spay my females after about 6-8 litters. I only nuter males when I am ready to retire them. All dogs will get the same amount of attention, a loving home. With of course some rules that are explained in breeding.
SPECIALTY:
I am specializing in American Pit Bull Terriers and will be starting my Champ. blood lines soon.
BUYING:
I need to cover purchasing a dog from me. I only want the best for my dogs, if I retire them early it’s for a good reason. I will sometimes put up dogs for sale for grabs. All my puppies from the litters will have the option to be bided on. I will check out the kennel and your dogs to see if I want to have my beloved puppies/dogs go there.
BREEDING:
Since now I am currently only breeding Pit Bulls, I will be breeding my existing Pit Bulls with each other and public for more dogs. When I have enough I will stop breeding altogether for a period of time while I level them up. 1. Rule in breeding is never ever ever breed dogs at level one. I am guilty of this charge a while ago when I thought breeding was just for puppies to sell. 2. You must be at least a Veterinary Assistant, Smalltime Trainer, Experienced Competitor, Experienced Breeder, or a Store Manager. Never will I breed with a unemployed, or anything under, Veterinary Trainee etc. etc. 3. YOUR DOG must be in max conditition. Good health, no poors or horribles in your dog’s genetics. A couple fairs in eyes and hip are okay, as they will not put much affect on level 5-champ line dog.
MISC.:
The Pit Bull immediately strikes one as being a dog of power, passion and undying willingness. The brick-like head, which is especially broad between the cheeks (to house the powerful jaws), is carried upon a thickly muscled, well-defined neck. The neck runs into a deep, thick, well-sprung chest. The American Pit Bull is a very muscular, stocky, yet agile dog that is extremely strong for his size. The ears are generally cropped, though this is optional. Docked tails are not accepted by the UKC or the ADBA. The eyes are round. Both the ADBA and the UKC do not accept blue eyes or the coat color merle. The American Pitbull Registry does accept a merle coat. The teeth should form a scissors bite. Its coat is made up of thick, short, shiny hair. All colors are admissible. The tail tapers to a point. I will do kennel checks on whoever places a bid/breeding request to make sure that the person can house my beloved puppies. If you do not qualify or meet my requirments I will simply send you a message explaining why. If you DO meet my requirments, well lucky you. I only want the best for my dogs, so if you purchase one of my dogs/puppies I will send you home with a dog bed, that has been assigned to that dog. A couple more things, If you ever, ever, want to sell my purebred cavaliers, please, give the dog/puppy back to me. I will then find another sutable home for it. I really do care about dogs, so if you are thinking about abandoning one of your cavaliers, please, let me have them! I hope you find everything you were looking for!
