Welcome :) I breed high level dogs! I do breed all dogs, no matter what lvl at least once. If the dog cannot make it to lv40+ before its days of retirement, I will still breed it. If a pup gives good stats, it will be kept, if not it will be given away to a player or to the pet home. I breed for quality.
