CHCaK specializes in three pointer/setter breeds. Our dogs are being started from first generation market dogs. Each breed has specific goals at CHCaK, although 24HH lala is a goal across all breeds.

Brittanies are the main breed at CHCaK, which I started at generation one several years ago before taking a series of hiatuses. I'm working on introducing fresh blood into my brittany lines by using outside studs. I plan to begin working on Cardigan Welsh Corgis and Jamthunds as well. I recently began to move my West Highland White Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, and Wire Fox Terriers over from my old account. These breeds are also dogs that I started at generation one, and I plan to pick up where I left off with them.

• CHCaK minimum breeding level is 20, eventually dogs will be bred at 98 days and 110 days
• Males will be marked for breeding at level 30 with a minimum level of 20
• Breeding prices are non-negotiable
• Sale prices will be marked as either non-neg (non-negotiable) or neg (negotiable)
• Dogs are shown and trained daily
• Puppies are aptitude tested at age four
• Dogs are equipped with proper food, collar, and leashes, puppies are given food for their desired sport
• All dogs are trained in their aptitude
• Puppies are aptitude tested
• All dogs are registered at level 5

I only have a few requirements for sales.
Please don't retire before the age of 101. I don't want to see a well-bred dog be retired at age 30. I would greatly appreciate it if you would lock the dog if you can't be on for more than two days. I understand that sometimes something unexpected happens and it slips your mind. I ask that you keep the dog in perfect condition. And lastly, I ask that you show that dog daily.
I generally don't reject bids, but if I do, I will tell you why. If you don't have enough money/space I won't reject the bid immediately unless you want me too, otherwise we can work something out. If your kennel doesn't meet my standards, I will give you a chance to fix the issue and will still give you the dog if you can prove yourself to be trustworthy. If you break one of my buying requirements (mainly the retirement one) I won't sell dogs to you again.

I mark litters if they're for sale ($SALE$) or sold (-SOLD-) to make it easier to identify what's going on with the litter. If the puppy you want from the litter isn't the one marked for sale, send me a message and I'll mark that one instead. All puppies come with the prefix "CHCaK". I care for my litters daily and don't breed until at least level twenty to ensure quality. I aptitude test at four days. I kennel check before accepting bids.

I put my males up for stud at level thirty with a minimum level of twenty, and I pull them from stud at age 80. My breeding fees are based on the individual dog. I try to unlock my dogs as soon as there is a request in for them, but feel free to send me a message if it's been a day or two and I haven't unlocked them.

Females that I stud out publicly will be marked with [Brood] to keep them all grouped together. Bitches will be listed for stud once they reach level 50 with a minimum of level 30. They will be bred twice before retiring to my show stock. After receiving and accepting a request I will pull them from requests until they hit the three day count again. I don’t anticipate having many bitches listed for brood, if any, at least for a while.
