Wayward Pines Rescue

Our Mission Statement
Wayward Pines Rescue is an organization that rescues, rehabilitates, trains and re-homes any and all unwanted dogs. We do not breed discriminate, all breeds are welcome here. Now working in association with Rivendell Rescue Center 1262272. Established April 2016.

The Adoption Process
All dogs that are available for adoption will have a price tag next to their name after they have been processed. We want to make sure that each is up to date on everything and ready to find their forever home. The adoption fee is listed at $250 under private sales, but some have adopted the dogs for higher amounts and we appreciate it so much. The adoption fee and any other additional funds given to us are used to help cover the prior care and training of the dog in which you adopt, and to also help us with rescuing others. So that they too may have a chance to find their forever home. All dogs are on private sales and will go in order of first come first serve. Kennel checks may be performed, but don't let that discourage you from applying to adopt. We are not too picky, we just want to make sure the dog is a perfect fit for you.

The Turn Over Process
We do take in any and all unwanted dogs, as stated in our mission statement. Please do not feel afraid to contact us if you need to turn over any of your dogs into our care. We do not discriminate and it will remain confidential as to the reasons the dog was turned over. We do charge a $100 non-refundable fee for doing this, but deals can be worked out should you be turning over multiple dogs to us. This fee is to help with any care the dogs may need from us to get them adoption ready. Dogs will be held for one week before being placed up for adoption, should you change your mind and wish to have your dogs back. But again, please note that the fee is non-refundable. So make sure that this is the right decision for you.

A Helping Hand coming soon
Once that we have our funds and supplies better established here, and our facilities have been upgraded, we will start to offer assistance to those in need. From fostering a mother and her litter, to boarding for a period of time, or even care packages. Small fees may be associated with these services once they are available. But it is undecided for sure and in the mean time, these are just some things to look forward to. If you would like to be a part of our Helping Hand Program or are in need of any assistance, please contact me.

Donations and Our Community
We do accept and appreciate any and all donations. You are what helps keep us going and we love our community here dearly for it. All donations remain anonymous unless you would like to be publicly noticed. Your donations go towards the rescue, care and rehabilitation of our current and future Miracle Mutts.

Our Miracle Mutts
We have placed 1 Miracle mutt in their new forever home to date, May 8. Multiple dogs have been adopted out of our primary center, Rivendell Rescue Center. Make sure you check them out if we don't have what you are looking for. We personally will specialize in English Springer Spaniels and Miniatue Bull Terriers.
