Who am I

I'm married to a retired USAF Msgt and mom to two adult children and three cats. We just got a GSD puppy I’m training to be a service dog for me for my Fibromyalgia and PTSD among other things. My daughter and I played here on FP years ago and we've finally found it again, so we're back!

Why GSDs?

I fell in love with both GSDs and Malinois as I volunteered with our police department. They are incredibly awesome dogs and often full of mischief. I'd love to have my own kennel of both GSDs and Malinois in real life, but that's beyond my capabilities right now. I just got a GSD puppy to train a service dog and now I can get the rest of my fix here on FP!

I've volunteered in animal rescues for a lot of years irl and am currently a driver for a kitty transport group. Animal rescue is near and dear to my heart, so it's only natural that I carry that over here to FP. I now have two rescue kennels and will probably add a third in the future.
