Welcome to my kennel! American Pitbull Terriers are my favorite breed of dog. I have 4, Though you may not care. I'll share a little bit about their past and how the came into my life. Simba- 10yrs old now. Simba was my brothers dog until a few years ago. When simba and another dog got into a brutal fight. He has the scars to show for it too. Simba has always liked other dogs so the reason for the fight is unknown. Simba is now my dog, as i have put in all the training and work to keep him from being put down. Him being a pitbull, was hard enough. We had to prove to the court he was dog friendly and the fight was just something some dogs do... Unfortunately. Moushcki- 3yrs old now. Moo was an abandoned puppy at a trailer. Along with her mom and siblings. Animal control showed up after we called, because we couldn't take this many puppies home. But when i held moo and she looked so scared and small. I knew she would be my best friend. I knew i needed her as much as she needed me. So, i brought home this sad scared little dog. That would one day weigh 50lbs and be the biggest baby ever. Tiny- 1yr old now. Tiny is the brightest if i have to be honest. but she is cute! She is such a lovebug. She loves to cuddle all the time. Tiny was just a puppy when we got her. So cute and small. Cyrus- 7yrs old. Cyrus was a "problem" dog. He was the stereotypical "pitbull". He was used to dog fighting. Killed cats and aggressive to people. As pitbulls are my life and i want to show people the good, true side of these dogs. I wanted to meet him. So i did. Everyone feared him because he seemed aggressive and ready to attack but he was just scared. I broke his angry bark with a snack that is now his favorite: crackers. It took 3 years to get cyrus to like another dog. But i did it. Now him and moo and tiny can all be around each other outside. I still have to work with him sometimes but it just goes to show. NO dog was born like this. They were MADE like this. Lastly, my cat Hissey. Hissey was abandoned along with her brother(who didn't make it) at my moms job. I was in 3rd grade when mom brought these little kittens home. Hissey would hiss at us a lot (hence the name). But she is the best cat in the world.
