Precious Paws Shelter

Hello, and welcome to Precious Paws Shelter! I have large plans for this shelter, though I have only recently started out and am saving up money to buy larger kennels and to care for the dogs I currently have. There will be one kennel for my personal favorites, one kennel for personally-bred "stereotype" dogs (dogs with stereotypical jobs according to their breed, such as a German Shepherd as a schutzhund)/dogs available to breed, and one kennel for rescue dogs. Information on Favorite Dogs: Favorite dogs are normally based off of actual pets I have cared for, and may include dogs I deemed special, such as my first rescue dog. Information on Stereotype Dogs: Stereotype dogs will be dogs bred by me and trained by me in jobs stereotypical to their breeds. They will be available for breeding once of age, though the majority will not be sold. Information on Rescue Dogs: Rescue dogs are dogs that I bought from difficult situations. Once they are bought, they will have a mandatory 2-day quarantine (each day I transfer to a week in FP time) in which they will only be cared for; no training, and will not be put up for sale--this is also to resemble recovery time a realistic rescue would spend after the dog is vaccinated & gene tested. The next day will be a "greeting" day (or week, in FP time), in which the dog will be theoretically tested with other animals, as a realistic rescue would to test aggression towards specific animals. The dog will then be held up for adoption for one day (a week in FP time). If no offers are made during that time, it will then be trained up to level 5, then put up for adoption until it is adopted. If it is level 5, before the dog is adopted, a mandatory scan of the interested adopter's account and kennels will be performed. There will also be a critter pasture; I have a rather ambitious plan to collect each critter on FP. If you are interested in surrendering a pet to the rescue, PM me and I will answer back in one to two days. The only reason that I would deny a surrender is if my rescue kennel is full. There is no surrender fee. If all dogs/litters are locked, I am likely on hiatus. Thanks for visiting!
