Bonita Kennel

Hello! I really don't have anything to say about my kennel. Do you ever feel like you are all alone or that nobody loves you? Well, Someone does! God loves you with an everlasting love. The Bible is God's Word and there are no mistakes in it. It is absolutely true! John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Let's break that down. "For God", Who is God? God is who made you! He created the entire world in 6 literal days and rested on the seventh day. God formed each and every person, but the best part is He knew us, and loved us, before we were conceived! "so loved the world", Who is the world? Every living person, past, present, and future. Does that mean you? Yes! "that he gave his only begotten son", or his one and only son. Who is that son? It is Jesus! Jesus, who came to earth as a baby, born of a virgin, the only person who ever lived without sin. He grew up and when he was 33 years old the people of Israel, who didn't like Him, arrested Him. He was tried, condemned, beaten, mocked, whipped, and crucified(nailed to a cross) for you. He died that you might live. They buried Him in a tomb(basically a small cave), but three days later He rose from the dead. Now He lives in heaven. Heaven is a wonderful place, with a street of gold, gates of pearl, and a crystal sea. No one ever dies there, there is no pain, sickness, or crying. "that whosoever" That means you! "believeth in him" Believe or put your faith in! "should not perish" Perish here is not talking about physical death, but about a literal place called hell or the lake of fire. If you die in your sin(anything we think, say, or do that breaks God's law, like lying, stealing, murder, adultery, or coveting!) without putting your faith in Jesus you will go there. "but have everlasting life". Literally life in heaven! God wants you to live forever with Him in heaven someday, but because of our sin we can't. We sin because we are sinners, but God made a way for us to be forgiven. Jesus died on the cross, paying the price we deserved. He shed his blood for us. Romans 10:9 says " That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Saved from the lake of fire, and be able to go to heaven one day. Once you are saved you are always saved! You can not lose your salvation. It is a free gift from God, never to be taken away, even if we do something we shouldn't, after salvation. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me!
