Hokkimo Homestead

Welcome to my kennel! I run an aspiring homestead, and hope to show & breed dogs in the future. As I am currently not able to do this, I am spending time showing & breeding virtually instead. In real life, I focus my time, money & energy on learning more about Chow Chows, and hope to start my showing & breeding careers with Chow Chows. I have also consider a toy breed & a herding breed alongside Chow Chows in the future. On Furry Paws, I have chosen to show & breed dogs I adore, but I know would not be a good match for me in real life. Hence, why I currently focus on Boxers, and will probably move onto Australian Shepherds, Smooth Fox Terriers, Norwegian Lundehunds, English Cocker Spaniels & Doberman Pinschers. As well as dogs, I also have rabbits (specifically Dutch, but I am also considering keeping Rex, Polish, & Belgian Hares). I started breeding Dutch rabbits early in 2022, and I am very happy with what I have produced so far. When I am eventually able to buy my own land for my homestead, I will be raising New Zealand rabbits for meat & hide, chickens (of many different breeds & mixes - whichever ones give me the most diverse egg colours) for eggs, & Miniature/Micro Highland Cattle for milk.
