About the Kennel

Ulftand specializes in breeding Silken Windhounds. My goal for the kennel is to reach a solid line of 24HH dogs with boosts in Speed and Stamina. I'm getting closer and closer with each generation to achieving this goal.

Additionally, I plan on introducing new colors once my 24HH lines have been achieved. I will sometimes sell puppies and older dogs that no longer fit within my breeding program, more information on this is available below.

I use drow and elvish names for my dogs. Started with the first generation just because I didn't have any ideas of what else to name them, and then I decided to just keep it going for the sake of it.

Breeding & Sales

I don't do a great deal of studding/breeding outside of the kennel, but once in a while I will stud a few of my dogs. As for sales, I usually keep what I breed, but in the event a litter doesn't turn out as I hoped it would, I do sometimes offer reservations on puppies.

If you wish to breed to one of my studs and/or bid on a puppy, know that I do screen homes before accepting stud requests/bids. In particular, I'm looking for kennels that specialize in the breed and actively show and care for their dogs.

Please do not ask to breed/buy dogs that are not available for stud/sale. If a dog is not listed for studding or sale, then I have no intention of breeding outside the kennel or selling.
