Welcome to Torva Cattus, a revolutionary sim whose reason for being created is to help our majestic Felines.
Torva Cattus, uses a fun realistic and fantasy mixed game setting to educate and entertain our players. In this game a player can rescue, nurse, breed and re-release wild feline species. With unique imaging and an opportunity to really make a difference in the future of many species, since a large chunk of the money donated to the site goes directly to helping save the very animals you are interacting with. Torva Cattus is really a game of many experiences.
There will be guided tours with our Snow Leopard mascot, Tara in our Cub Tracks account. She will show you all the ropes and fun exciting things to do within the pages of Torva Cattus.
Parents do not worry; we have taken every possible measure to insure the safety of young surfers. We do ask that anyone wishing to join the site be 13 years of age or older. As Torva Cattus deal with real life issues, such as poaching, death and species reproduction.

The Gaming Experience
In Torva Cattus, Players will get the feel that they are truly rescuing, and helping these great felines. In the game your purpose will depend on what you choose to be, you maybe become a Sanctuary, a Zoo, or a Reserve.
As a Sanctuary you can Rescue and Rehabilitate as many felines for re-release into a Reserve as possible, some felines won't be able to go back in to the wild, as those true to real life, they come from human homes and would be to domesticated to survive, you are their forever care taker and should teach them as much as possible and try to give them as close to a wild life as you can.
As a Zoo, you can Nurse and repopulate, but you have to stay in business, your feline variety will determine your profitability as well as your employment, the more players you have working for you the better your Zoo does because the better cared for your felines are the happier visitors will be.
As a Reserve, you can to insure that wildcats stay wild and you have to make sure you have enough wild prey and space for your feline population to reproduce and co-exist happily. You also have to maintain a level of trust, as you should be able to walk the grounds.
You can always change your type, and thus goals for your account. You can always do what other does in your one account but you will not get goals or awards for that. All accounts are intertwined without a Sanctuary a zoo will no where to send excess, without a Reserve a Sanctuary is just a zoo without guests. So in the game we have made it so that you need one another to stay in business and to reach your "type goals"
The players will get the full on feel on being anything from a rescuer/trapper to being a grounds keeper to a facility. You will get to see your felines progress as they are gauged with wildness, trusting and life skills meters. Players will get to see and experience what happens on the other end of their donations, since running these facilities and rescuing these animals take real and hard work, but it's only a game we'd never make you work so hard ;)

Why Are We Unique

Torva Cattus will be implementing a three tier coding phase, Alpha 1 (20 players), Alpha 2 (Purchased accounts), Beta (invitation only) and finally Open to the public. This way we insure that we are ready and all bugged out for your enjoyment.

We donate year round because the game is created to helping feline species and research to save them and their habitats. We give you an experience so you are wiser to the plight of these majestic creatures.

We are one of the first Big Cat Sim's online, who allows you to better experience life as a rescuer. We are not a Pay to Play site, you don't have to donate to be successful but remember Most of your donations go to helping the very creatures you play with.
