Yes, I now have a loverly ugly scar to prove my lack of coordination/stupidity, but the hand is totally usable. Having only just restarted on FP after the transfer, this will be edited and updated so it's relevant at some point. Apologies to people that were hoping for pirate tags, unfortunately, being unaware of the site move date, no backup of messages etc. was made, so I've no clue who'd expressed interest/asked to be put on a waiting list.
Weasel has managed to inflict a 3-4cm long, 1/2-3/4cm wide gash on one knuckle of the all important right hand, and as such can't draw until it's healed enough to stop re-opening with movement/can survive without a ton of bandages holding things together.
Apologies to everyone waiting on tags, if you want to cancel your tags message me.

If you're looking for tags, some might be selling via auctions on the boards. Anyone looking to commission me, probably best to have a look there. That said, USD commissions may be considered if you message me.

Being seriously absent minded at times, messages can get a bit waylaid and forgetting/thinking I've replied already can be a problem. So if you've sent a message and not received a reply, that'd likely be the reason. Feel free to pester in that situation and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Factor in a bad habit of leaving chat open and either forgetting about it, getting distracted or wandering off, it can seem I'm ignoring you. If it says 'online' and you're not getting a reply, that'll likely be why.
As a 'disclaimer', I'm horribly dyslexic, so please try and excuse spelling and/or grammar disasters. In addition, apparently socially defective, tending toward talking either absurd nonsense or straight discussion. So if it seems like I'm not reciprocating with chit-chat/hellos etc. it's doubtful to be a personal issue.
Trade requests are not generally accepted (and rarely initiated) as are collabs, or bases/lining, sorry. When such a fickle thing as a brain is in gear to draw, getting commissions done or doodling some random personal entertainment junk tends to be the priority.

| • I can only work from clear references or reasonably sized, clear (and preferably multiple) photographs. |
| • Final USD payment to be made once your commision is confirmed as complete and I've shown you a watermarked version. You will receive the watermark free art once payment has gone through.

| • Custom commissioned tags paid for with USD can get the original size (usually double or x4 size) image with your tag if requested, unless otherwise stated. |
| • Art may not be altered in any way, signatures must remain intact and art may not claimed as your own. Should you feel the need for anything to be changed please send a PM to see if I can do it. |
| • Tags can go along with sold/traded characters, provided the tag(s) I've drawn continue to be used according to the rules set out by me originally. |
| • Tags can be used on other sites (unless otherwise stated) so long as they are credited appropriately/not misrepresented as someone elses work and (obviously) provided that you own the tag in question. |
| • I don't (currently) ban resale, but I'd appreciate it if art drawn by me wasn't resold purely for profit and that I was kept informed of who now owned it (for logistical reasons/traceability). Again, resale permitted only under the condition that it continues to be used according to the rules set out by me originally. |
| • I consider a commission a 'contract'. Once someone commissions a piece of art and it's been started, I expect you to hold up your end of the bargain and pay for the finished art, not waste my time. |

• While I endeavour to provide a tag the commissioner is happy with, it's not reasonable to expect endless do-overs/alterations. Anyone that takes obvious advantage of this, or creates undue hassle as a result, will very likely be indefinitely excluded from future commissions, sales and auctions.

| • User bidding must be the person paying. |
| • Be civilized, if you prove yourself to be a problem you will be excluded from the auction. |
| • No withdrawals. (withdrawals will end up excluded from future auctions, barring exceptional circumstances) |
| • Anyone who fails to pay will be excluded from future sales/auctions. (again, barring exceptional circumstances) |
