Buying requirements:

- You must not breed your dogs below level 30.
- You must show your dogs everyday, or lock them when you can't.
- I prefer if you're a Star Competitor, but it's not required.
- All your dogs must have 100% overall condition.
- You must not retire your dogs before they are 101 days old.
- If you ever want to sell the dog or if you're thinking on retiring it, you must allow me to buy it first.
